Bruce is a super awesome guy. I’ve known him for a year now and he is very willing to help a person out during hard times. He is quick and helpful. If anyone is looking for storage options this is the place to go. I owe him for all the help he has done for me. It will be a sad day when I no longer have to keep my stuff there.

Great Service. Very kind and friendly people. I was looking for a size of storage, and they didn’t have one at that time, the gentleman called me back when one was available. The check in system was simple and I was impressed with their prices.

This place has the best rates and the best customer service. We rented a small unit a few years ago and then moved away and came back and rented from them again. Linda who works in the office is friendly and on top of things. She remembered us from the last them we rented. The storage units are clean and the security is great, you have to enter in your gate code when you enter AND when you leave to disarm and arm the alarm. The ceilings in the units are high, which gives you more room to fit your belongings. I highly recommend this place.

Super clean storage facility with great prices. I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed but the manager at Lockaway was very nice and very helpful. Unlike most storage facilities, Lockaway has wide driveways and a spacious layout so there is plenty of room for large trucks. I would highly recommend renting here if you need storage in the Boise/Garden City area.
